*Method availability, processing times, minimum and maximum amounts and any provider fees depend on the payment method, the legal entity you are onboarded to and your jurisdiction. The client area shows what applies to your account; support will confirm anything it does not.
How It Works
Funding and withdrawing both happen in the client area. Neither needs an email to the desk.
How to Deposit
- Sign in to the client areaFunding happens in the LTI client area, not on this site. If you have not opened an account yet, that is the same form.
- Choose a method and an amountThe client area shows the methods available to you, which depend on the entity you are onboarded to and the country you registered from.
- Confirm, and tradeMost major methods clear instantly, and the balance is live on your trading account as soon as it does.
How to Withdraw
- Request it in the client areaWithdrawals are requested the same place deposits are made. There is no separate form and no need to email the desk.
- It returns the way it cameFunds go back to the source you funded from, method by method. That is an anti-money-laundering requirement rather than a house rule, and it is why a card deposit cannot be withdrawn to a wallet.
- We process and confirmYou get a confirmation against the request, and the payment provider's own timings apply from the point we release it.
Return-to-source is set by our AML policy, not by us.
How Your Money Is Handled
Funding an account means trusting someone with money in transit and money at rest. This is what stands behind both.
MiCA-Regulated Crypto Processors
Crypto deposits and withdrawals are handled by payment processors authorised under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, rather than moved through an unregulated desk.
Payments Through Fintrax
Payment processing runs through Fintrax, so a card or transfer is handled by a dedicated processor rather than settled by the trading desk.
Tier 1 Custodian Banks
Money at rest sits with tier 1 custodian banks, which is where a withdrawal is paid from and where a deposit lands rather than into an operating account.
Segregated Client Funds
Client money is held separately from the firm's own funds. What you deposit is not working capital, and it is not lent against.
*Which processors, custodians and safeguarding arrangements apply depends on the legal entity you are onboarded to and on your jurisdiction. Your client agreement is the document that governs them.
Create Your Account
Account opening happens in the client area, and takes a couple of minutes.
*Opening an account finishes in the secure client area, where these details carry across. Already registered? Sign in, or talk to us first.
