London Trading Index is a global trading and financial services brand operating through separate legal entities and specialised businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
londontradingindex.com and londontradingindex.hk are brand websites. They do not themselves provide financial services, and no client relationship is created through these websites. The legal entity responsible for a particular product or service is identified on the relevant service website and in the applicable Client Agreement and legal documentation.
Use of the London Trading Index name, branding, websites or domains does not mean that every entity, product or service is subject to the same regulatory framework or provides the same regulatory protections. Regulatory status applies only to the relevant legal entity and activities conducted within the scope of its permissions.

Platform and Trading Services
MT5 trading, copy trading and social trading services are provided by London Trading Index Limited, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Company Registration No. 25630.
Clients using these services contract with London Trading Index Limited, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and their use of the services is governed by that entity's applicable Client Agreement and legal documentation.
These services are not provided by Equivest (Mauritius) Limited, and the regulatory status of Equivest (Mauritius) Limited does not extend to these services.
Payment Agents
The relevant trading entity may appoint payment agents to facilitate payment-related functions on its behalf, including the collection, processing, reconciliation and remittance of client funds.

The appointment or use of a payment agent does not change the identity of the legal entity responsible for the client's underlying trading or brokerage service and does not create a brokerage, investment or trading relationship between the client and the payment agent.
Payment agents are separate legal entities from the relevant London Trading Index trading entities. Their appointment as payment agents should not be interpreted as giving them the same regulatory permissions or licences as the entity providing the underlying trading service.
Clients may see the name of an appointed PalmValley entity on payment instructions, bank transfer details, payment pages, transaction descriptions or receipts. Clients should make payments only in accordance with payment instructions provided through official London Trading Index channels.
